Office Administrator

Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Office Administrator to join our Durban team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist
  • Office Administration
  • Capturing supplier invoices in Pastel
  • Preparation and capturing of credit card recons
  • Filing hard copies of the payments in lever arch files
  • General admin booking rental vehicles, flight tickets, accommodation etc
  • Marketing Support
  • ISO 9001 Duties

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of general office experience; preferably within a professional services environment.
  • Minimum of 3year experience within a financial environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Pastel Accounting experience (Preferably with creditors functions)
