Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Office Administrator to join our Durban team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receptionist
- Office Administration
- Capturing supplier invoices in Pastel
- Preparation and capturing of credit card recons
- Filing hard copies of the payments in lever arch files
- General admin booking rental vehicles, flight tickets, accommodation etc
- Marketing Support
- ISO 9001 Duties
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of general office experience; preferably within a professional services environment.
- Minimum of 3year experience within a financial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Pastel Accounting experience (Preferably with creditors functions)
