Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities
Manage financial and administration activities to achieve the Skills Target spend.
Develop budgets to perform financial projects.
Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures.
Invoicing to clients, lead employers, managing agents timeously as and when required.
Review all invoices and escalate the relevant payments in a timely manner to the finance department.
Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Administrative Requirements
Collation of monthly team payroll and submission to HOD.
Provide training and guidance to admin team as needed.
Develop overall goals for the administration team.
Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues. Plan, organise and co-ordinate events such as meetings, workshops, record proceedings and follow up on decisions made;
Preparing documents and compile information relevant to ETQA, SETA Learnership Contracts.
Registration of Learnerships with SETAs’.
Assist the ETQA Team with tracking and monitoring compliance documents with SETAs’.
Receiving, recording, distributing and tracking of all incoming and out-going correspondence/submissions;
Provide information by telephone, e-mail and fax in response to routine enquiries relating to ETQA matters.
Monitor workflow and ensure good office administration;
Provide support to the design, development and registration of all structured learning programmes and qualifications.
Facilitate compliance with Learnership regulations with admin requirements.
Promote the quality implementation of all structured learning programmes and qualifications
Provide support in Liaising with relevant stakeholders regarding implementation of learning programmes with regards to financial and admin requirements.
Ensure coordination of Quarterly Monitoring Report with regards to financial and admin requirements.
