Extraordinary property and hospitality group requires an experienced Payroll and Office Manager to join their innovative, agile and enthusiastic team/ company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Payroll related certificate/ qualification.
  • 3 or more years payroll administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Sage VIP Payroll.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll:

  • Full payroll management (monthly and bi-weekly) including benefits administration for 250 employees across 6 companies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee files and records, assisting with onboarding processes, and supporting employee offboarding.

Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and organizing company events.
  • Assist the sales agent with keeping a record of vacancies across our buildings, assisting with lease preparation and website vacancy updates.
  • Ensure that office equipment and technologies are kept in check.
